I've been using MSI lately, and everything has been working fine (MSI, SMART, etc.)
However, after updating to the latest SRL, I run MSI to find this error message:
"Error starting SMART, ensure the target page has an applet declaration"
Anybody know what's going on?

Runescape has been updating a lot today.
After rs updates you need to close simba, load runescape in your browser, and then you can use smart aggain.

Link to script thread that SMART doesn't open on please.
It helps a lot to post on a script's thread to get help with it!

Same here.. The JVM crashes.. It has to do with your internet speed though.. I noticed if I'm torrenting a bluray, the speed goes down like a hell of a lot and smart gives declaration errors.. so Pause your torrents, start smart.. Unpause Torrents.

You made it from capital to lowercase?
As far as I know case doesn't matter And I think I always use uppercase myself.
Quite odd….

I noticed that if i lost my connection to the internet, it will cause this error. So i figured that it was my connection that caused this error.
