Well ive only just recently joined the community but i have held two competitions and awarded prizes to the winners, Im 22 years old and i live in Singapore. I love playing rs/wow and i also love playing basketball. Im doing a computing course at NUS. I had a little trouble with the script that i posted but i looked at some of the tutorials here and within a couple of minutes i realized what i did wrong. Top tutorials

There are so many if's that can go wrong, and no failsafe to attempt to fix it. If something goes wrong, the script just shuts downs, and I feel like that should only be a last resort to shut down.

Then there's this snippet here…. very suspicious

Why have a Reflection function if Reflection died out 2 months ago at the nuke? I doubt any new member attempting to script would put a Ref function in, I just get the feeling this is taken from somewhere.

Like everyone else… taking the time and patience to learn, help, and contribute. It's more than just scripting it's being a decent person too! Helpful, nice, contributing, and being able to script…

Because members section holds better scripts which must be deserved and earned, SRL Members is a earned rank that comes with some prestige and respect.

Not really. They do it to prove to themselves and others that they are good community members, nice people, and show their ability to script.

Not sure where you're from, but here at SRL our mindset is completely different than RSBuddy and all those other Java sites. We have mature and respectful users who care about runescape, not rape it.

Might get a temp ban, but we are forgiving. You can redeem yourself by learning to script and showing that you're a good guy and trying again in the future.

Try not to steal a script that uses reflection ;)

People become members to gain respect and acknowledgement that they are talented. Members is a privilege, not a rank. Yes, some members do bot, although many do not.

well im sorry if i let you guys down, i took the easy way out i just really wanted to become a member, it was the whole reason i hosted competitions etc.

As yohojo said, this is bullshit. I knew it the second I saw the reflection inclusion and I didn't even bother to read the rest. You're lucky the people are calling out for pity. You're getting two infraction points and you won't be allowed to apply for two months.
