SRL Archive - Gaming

Hey,

Seeing as its the release of the early access today i thought i would make a thread seeing if anyone is going to be playing it?

I have pre-ordered it and am just waiting to get the go ahead to enter early access.

I like MMO's and it sounds like they put alot of work into this.

Thoughts/Opinions?

A buddy of mine played the beta and said it was really "crappy". They had YEARS to make it great and the fact that it isn't mind blowingly stunning kind of turns me off towards it.

Originally I was pumped for it, but then I played around with the beta and, as R4nd0m said, it was crappy. Although I will still probably get it just because the BF3 beta was terrible but the game itself is great. I just hope there is a big difference.

The game is bad, said machinima. But because a fan I am, play game I will.

Im getting this game too. We should form an SRL team. I say we go to the dark side. Fitting really ;p

That is a great idea. I don't mean to change the subject from the thread, but is there an SRL clan?

i have been in since second EGA and i have to say i am getting into it, at first i through it was crap but mainly because its not WoW (yes i know i am sad) but once you get over that it not bad at all.

I played the 2 beta weekend tests in Nov 11 and Dec 4th and i have to say, the story telling is impressive. The same ol' Bioware from Knights of the Old Republic brings you 'nother epic tale that will keep you playing. Especially now that there is 6 classes, you can play up to 6 different stories. And each of these stories consists of 3 REALLY long chapters.

I have played the entire weekend up to level 16 (Bounty Hunter) and the next weekend test i played Sith Warrior up to level 22. I found PvP for both characters very enjoyable.

Anyways ya i gotta say, i was impressed with this game.
