Movie suggestions.
I want good shiz, preferable a suspence/thriller (not too scarry, just suspency and thrillery) or something that makes you think.

Inception, The Prestige, The Machinist, are some good examples

Any recommendations from these:

The Illusionist, that was a clever movie. If you liked The Prestige you'd probably enjoy it.

I saw that, I thought it was a lamer version of the Prestige I wish I saw Illusionist first and then Prestige I would have liked them both that way! Prestige is AMAZING!

Lucky for you I'm failing college because all I do is watch movies.

If you have netflix there was a section for this a while ago and it was a solid 4 days of wasted time on my part. I'd suggest movies like…

The Butterfly Effect, The Game, The perfect host (it isn't completely what your looking for but it's mindfuckyish and funny/scary at the same time), I know you don't want scary but rec is pretty cool (original zombie movie quarantine was based on), Requiem for a Dream (again not mind-fucky but gets you thinking), Moon (although its kind of a slow ending), Memento. I'll add more as I think of them, search around on netflix it has lots that are good. I think there's one called the Exam which isn't bad but I can't remember it haha

Edit: Theres one called Monkey Bones or something with Bruce Willis thats dirty, Shutter Island, American Psycho

Damn

I saw The Others when I was younger and thought it was pretty mindfuck-like, but it was a long time ago. Memento doesn't make you think so much but it's good, it's about someone with memory loss so the events in the movie run backwards to emulate his life sort of. Darren Aronofsky writes some strange but good stuff, Requiem for a Dream is about drugs, Pi wasn't as good and plays like Requiem did, and The Fountain was weird but a good mindfuck I'd say.

I'll check my HDD later tonight and post some more if I remember.

Donnie Darko!

The Prestige was amazing! I've heard 'We need to talk about Kevin' is pretty good and I'm currently looking forward to watching Take Shelter :p

Hmm. Gonna watch
We Need to Talk About Kevin
Let's keep this shiz going I'm on break for 4 weeks! :D
I like this genre a lot, not into lame fail comedies and emotional happy feel stuff.
Thinkers, Thrillers, Mysteries, Brain Fucks, etc are what it's all about.

Has anyone seen the Korean film OldBoy, it's VERY GOOD!

If you're patient and enjoy the natural beauty of the world watch Koyaanisqatsi and Chronos.

I say patient because these movies are very slow-paced, but for good reason.

"Orphan" and "The Orphanage." The Orphanage is the one that will make think and completely mind-fucks you.

If you can bear anime, then Ghost in the shell is what you are looking for. (By the way, the cover is amazingly misleading)

That or Spirited away. (another anime.)

Personally I prefer Spirited away, just look how high a score it has on IMDb.

My favorite type of movies ^^

Primer (Inception Style) - Four friends/fledgling entrepreneurs, knowing that there's something bigger and more innovative than the different error-checking devices they've built, wrestle over their new invention.

Ancient Aliens Watch this with an open mind, but take it with a grain of salt

The Water Documentary Who knew water had memory?

The Corporation Documentary that looks at the concept of the corporation throughout recent history up to its present-day dominance.

I'll try to remember a few more ^^

I love that show, definitely makes you question the world, but as you said, it needs to be taken with a grain of salt
