For having the same password? No. From checking your UID? Yes.

UID? I have a general idea that they can track you with it but, how can I impede Jagex from detecting it/ using it?

Now, don't ask me how, but following some impulse I had, I just remembered seeing a folder with some runescape stuff in it….thought it was suspicious…I found a file named uid in the dir:C:\WINDOWS\.file_store_32
Is that what you're talking about? Delete it? Is there a Way I can stop it from being created?

Always macro using the unsigned applet. You can find it on the detail select page, just scroll down and select 'use unsigned applet'

ANd delete UID everytime after you log in
In my scripts i always delete the UID using the script :D
