I can't stay connected more than 20 minutes at a time! I use the web, and 5 minutes later, the game screen goes completely white, yet, I can still use the top bar links! WTF is that!?!
If I use your downloaded client, I can last up to 20 mins, then it just crashes. WTF!
I've updated everything, restarted all the time, and yet I can't keep this from happening. I'm tired of this shit, I paid you my fucking money so I can play, and you cause this shit to happen? Fuck you!

My cousin had the same problem like a month ago. He installed older version of java and it started working.
Try to stay still and not rotate compass and see if it still happens. For him it happened when he rotated compass or something.

You know how old of a version he installed? And it happens even when I just stand there, not moving or rotating compass.
I had my screen going black a while ago I installed the latest version of java and it fixed it.

I think i heard people going back to java 6 update 29, iirc to fix this issue. Just the most recent before Java 7.0 (i believe it is 7.0 now).

RS has been messed up for lots of people the last day or so might be a JAGEX problem. Try following the SMART lag fix guide in my sig (shows how to completely remove java and install 6.9).

I've done all of that, uninstalled completely, restarted twice, and re-installed the Java 6.0.29 version. That's what I had when all this started happening.
I've since installed Java 7.0_01 version and still nothing.
YoHoJo, I'll guess I'll try your guide, even though I did all of those steps basically :/

Perhaps you should try deleting the jagex cache?
for me, if i change the window size (the browser swize) to like watch a movie, it white screens me, but if i go back to the original size it fixese.

I'll try that. I've just finished YoHoJo's guide, even though I always use Revo Uninstaller and it still didn't work.
Another thing, I'm going to go through all the recent Windows updates because this just started happening the other day. That's when my computer installed updates.
Hopefully I can fix this…

Meh, I think you're right. None of the updates had anything to do with anything. Just definition updates.
Thing is, I pay to play, and I shouldn't be having this issue. If they do fix this, I want compensation. :p

I BELIEVE I FIXED IT!
Ok, so I uninstalled all of Java (Through Revo, like always), and deleted the Jagex cache. Then, I loaded up RS and let it use the Autosetup since I just wanted to test it. I changed the display to be the 800x600 since I can't stand the full screen. However, it's in HD, I've been running around and rotating camera for 10 minutes with no issue. I'm going to change the settings to bot settings and see if it does the crash still.
