SRL Archive - RS3 Script Requests

The script I'm looking for is a simple "Ghoul" fighter. (Ghouls are west of "Canifis" and north of "Morytania" swamp)
A script that fights ghouls until out of food, then runs to bank (in canifis) withdraws 28 "food" runs back to ghouls and so on.

Things it doesn't have to have.

• Prayer
• Special attack
• pick up (any item)

Things it must have!

• Good anti randoms
• anti bans
• ability to run to bank and restock on food
• ability to find its way back to ghouls if it accidentally mis clicks.

Thats is basically it. I don't think I'm asking for much, anyways I WILL BE DONATING and it would be really appreciated.

I'm sure if you lend someone a members account, then they'll happily do it for free.

Although, you could just use Narcles updated fighter, which would probably work, but the only it doesn't do that you ask is withdraw food when out. Still, it's a very good script.

No matter what it does.

If he wishes to pay someone to make a script just for him I'm sure that's okay to do.
It can just be seen as a donation to the scripter.

Thats the first script I tried and every time it only runs for approx 15 minuets then it just stands still.
Then it says "Out of range at line 142"
Let's just say I tried everything to fix it.
And its real buggy for me. I don't expect people to make me one for free, mainly because I want a GOOD script, not just some script that I could code in half an hour. I don't have the time to code a good one, actually I have to go now

Idoxtc I'm pretty sure Narcle posted on how to fix that 144 error if you took the time to read through the thread and find the fix. And I think he's going to continue to develop and fix it up, do realize he just made the first major update to the script in a very long time and is working on making it even better.

I might take you up on the offer in about a week I'll start working on it though.

Yes, its an error in Overwrite.scar.. not sure what is causing it.

Someone said a length check or something needed to be added to fix that or something. I'm sure you can look at it and figure it out in a snap something easy.

I THINK if you go to C:\Simba\Includes\SRL\SRL\core\overwrite.scar

and find the function called rs_getCompassAngleRadians and replace it with this

You have to "apply" for it. You have to have some programing and scripting knowledge as you have to show some of your work.

RS gold can easily be sold for real money, and is comparable to real money.
This thread is obviously about script buying, which is strictly against the rules.

Yea that's bad, but if scripter released it publicly and someone donated that would be fine I'd say.

I'm sure privately a scripter can do what he wants. Basically if the OP and a scripter agree to some terms OFFLINE/AWAY from Villavu then theirs nothing wrong, I mean whose to stop them? Ofcourse we don't recommend it. I'm sure thats what Yohojo meant and hes been here longer than all of us so he knows the rules.

Donating is paying. This is just like WoW private servers give all kinds of benefits to "donators", so that's just buying those benefits.
It is very very different to donate to someone who already wrote the script, than offering money for someone to write that script. It's buying, no matter what. And even if you think that's ok, in SRL it's not okay now. Feel free to make a thread about allowing script buying in public.

Well man I mean to me this is what hes tryna say (the OP):
1. Can someone make this script? (He doesn't say privately for him)
2. Lists ideas
3. If someone makes this script, out of happiness and gratefulness I will donate to him!

See I mean it doesn't like hes trying to buy… If he says:
Can you make this script for me, ill pay you 50 bucks.

Then obviously hes trying to buy.

Say someone asked you to add a specific feature to SPS, and you did. Then that someone donated to you 50 dollars, does that mean he purchased from you that feature?

It is buying if there are benefits for the one who paid specifically, and not for anyone else.
