Annoying bug..

Getting this error when the login screen comes up.

Error: Exception: "" is not a valid boolean. at line 16

and it highlights this:

Result:= not(StrToBool(ReadINI('Main', 'Running', FilePath)));

Help please.

It's either a problem with ReadINI, a problem with MSI handling the file faulty, or some permission problems.

Tried running Simba as Administrator?

It's more likely a MSI bug than a Simba bug.
