Yeah I think many in thr past were dine that way, although we do have some very capable jrs who just never applied.

I really hope so. This is another way for someone to learn and experience having their script put out there to be compared to others. Say, maybe, for a real life job application or freelancing. It's good practice all around.
That and I am extremely competitive.

:D It's all in good fun! Maybe in a week (after my finals) I can start brainstorming ideas and rules for the competition! I'm like so totally back into SRL this will be fun! Get studying guys!

You actually get folk that still do this sort of thing ?
When writing tutorials, I guessing that it's written off-line. What app do you use for that ?

What exactly are you asking?
There is a place on the forum where you apply to become SRL member rank. There you must submit a script you wrote which gets voted on for how good it is. I cath people who plagarize scripts and then they are punished for doing so.
