Running MSI…

Compiling failed.
function Readln(Question : string ) : string;
begin
InputQuery('Question box',Question,result);
end;
const
NPCChars = CharsNPC; (line 358)
{$endif}

The issue here was that there was an error made when the latest version of Simba was posted. Basically, the font folders got all flopped around and now Simba cannot find it's own fonts. I'm absolutely positive that this will be fixed shortly.
EDIT: Look at my post in this thread for how to resolve this:

Delete everything in your fonts folder.
Unzip what I attached, drag it all to your fronts folder.
Those are exactly my fonts.
And while you're at it, why not replace your simba.simba with mine too (attached).

You see how in that picture your font folder is "…/Fonts/Fonts"? All you need to do to resolve this is move everything from "…/Fonts/Fonts/" into "/Fonts/". This extra layer was accidentally added in the latest release of Simba, and until it gets fixed, this is just a manual fix.
Followed these two instructions and now everything is TIP TOP!! :D
