Iron ores ar doing super well

Sol 1,481 ores today at mid and they sold instantly for 210gp each, which is 25 gp above the max!

Probably has to due with steel bars/cannon balls being good profit for people so they can afford to buy iron for so much!

I think mining coal at Lumbridge swamp is more gp/hr I just tested it (even with iron selling at high prices). But maybe if it keeps rising iron will be better.

Lol. :D Well I might not have multiple accounts going like you guys might, but I'm sure enjoying rising prices in ALL runes. ;) My one account runecrafting is comparable in profit to a small army.

Making unfinished steel bolts at the blast furnace has been always great. So its fast smith xp (faster with sacred hammers) but might lose some profit if iron raise more .

Coal is only 212… Iron is about 3x faster to mine than coal… def better gp/hr

All the good iron ore spots are normally crowded, while lumby swamp usually has 1 or 0 people there. Iron is too competitive since everyone can just 1 hit it. But if you find an empty iron mine, then you're all good, until someone else comes and starts 1 hitting them with you.

well, good thing my miner, mines about 7k ores a day than might start a few more up just to increase this, 4 accounts mining 7k ores a day ea, say 30k ores at 200ea 6m profit a day 42m a week cant complain with that. =) can afford 99 prayer in a week and a half

Just a heads up, I've been working on a Tanner script and noticed that Leather is starting to rise again after a slight drop. I've been selling them all day at 532ea on GE and buying cowhide at 265ea.

Mid is 226, and they won't even buy instantly at 270!
I don't know king kong, they seem to be going strong!

wouldnt mining coal inside the mini dungeon near dwarfs under fally be best spot, i think it f2p as well there is a deposit drop box there, and like 6 mith ore and maybe 11 coal or something like that enough to keep you mining for sure

Yeah, but that place is pretty full on each server, hard to find an empty one.
Only really supports having 1 person there per sever. (I'm referring to mining Iron in south dwarven mine and banking it inside of the resource dungeon)
As for the resource dungeon itself (coal and mithril) that would probably be a pretty awesome spot to mine at.

Where are you mining the iron at?
Mining at VWM gets you about 120k/hr which is not bad AT ALL for iron ore mining!

Sell your iron at max. Don't sell it for any less. but its kinda normal that the iron hype would come to an end, as players mined it to meet demand. Smelters bought it, probably satisfied their ends and it'll soon stabilise, although at a much higher price than before bot nuke.

I'd even say, if you don't need the cash, just mine loads of iron, get 60/70 mining, mine double the coal make it all into steel bars and you'll be loaded.

And if you bother to superheat it rather than smelt at furnace, you won't be as rich but you'll still be making a profit and you'll get a nice magic level.

I say we make a plan to place a bot at every iron spot/world and hoard until until it rises to the astronomical rate of 500 and then dump it all at once.

When the iron ore was 345 coins each, I bought with all my money all iron ores from 360 each. But now all the ores are lowering :duh:. Stupid me, I need the irons to be up again xD.

Its got down 15gp today, looks like i missed out :/

He's right, naturally since we bot we have no problem being the biggest supplier, as long as we sell high we'll influence the price to our desire.

^It rhymed because it's true, didn't even mean to (and I double posted to maintain the sanctity of that rhyme scheme sorry if it annoys someone.)

It was probably being manipulated by a merchating clan, nothing we can do, just wait until it bottoms out and then it will rise again later.

iron dropping just bought some for super heating yay for me:D
