Where would it buy at, which shop has a lot in stock?
Also I don't generaly like making scripts that deal with shops because most have a small stock of stuff so the script just turns into a 'once a day lump sum profit' kind of thing, when I could just run a script that does something not limited by anything else and make a constat gp/hr (unless the lumb sum profit idea makes a very good amount).
Give some prices, harpoon buy price from shop (and also note the higest price because as the store stock decreases the sell price increases), GE price, shop stock, and also do it legit for a few minutes and calculate the gp/hr profit.

Got the statistics:
Harpoon respawn rate = 1 /min (or less)
Running to = 20 seconds
Buying = 5 seconds
Turning back = 20 seconds
Resting = 30 seconds
Total = 1min 15 seconds
Price per harpoon= 45
G.E. price = 223
Earning per trip = About 5k
Money per hour with unlimited stock = 240k/h
Time needed to buy the stock = Around 46 mins
Price per harpoon= 45
G.E. price = 223
This method can be implented on Willow Cutters (At Port Sarim ofc) , Seagul killer bots, Banana collecting bots (Which makes about 100/150k ph too)
