Types and functions for plugins do not appear in the list of functions / variables, making it painful to write scripts that rely heavily on plugin functions/types.

This was done intentionally after it was causing weird issues with plugins being loaded or something (was easily reproducible with libreflection). I am unsure if the main root of the problem was ever discovered.

Simba 977 (when released) and Simba 980 (final) include a fix. I don't see the reflection library coming back any time soon, so I've reverted the workaround.
