Tropical Wagtail Bot

I think this will be a rather easy script to develop and I would of done it myself if I knew how, but, I'm rather new to Simba and I'm still learning the beginning stages of this bot. So, I was hoping someone experienced at this bot could create a script for this subject. The script doesn't have to be anything fancy but, at least a little work must be implemented into it so it's not obvious that someone is botting.

What it should do:

- Plant the bird snares (1,2,3, or 4 depending on your Hunter level)
- Wait for a trap or incase if you need to dismantle the snare and re-plant it
- Loot the snare, throw the bones and meat on the floor or bury the bones and drop the meat, doesn't matter.
- Re-do the process

Really simple.

1. Could easily be done using one of SRL's built in functions to check level, then the result could be used to determine how many snares to set

2. Could be done with a bitmap, or one of the many different color functions(or TPA's). As for the looting and dropping, that would be simple using a DTM for the items in the inventory, and the looting could be done with a simple click after detecting the trap is set(using a boolean to check of course).

3. Accidently combined 2 with 3 so read the second part of 2 :duh:

Overall, shouldn't be too hard for a starter script! If you attempt to make it yourself, I will always be available for help.

Looks like a great starter script! I would also agree with Pat you should try to make this as your first script :)

Only problem I don't see a way to check if it is closed O.o, but then again I am also a noob :P

There is one written by me, in the Members section. It wasn't to hard to make. They only real problem was trying to stay at the same place, and the horizontal line of the trap is very difficult to spot. Is it up, is it down?

I just rested my mouse over the trap, and checked for a change in the uptext. Worked much better, if you dont want to end up loosing all your traps. I also remember having the last line of my inventory filled with spare traps. I nevertheless kept loosing them :)

Is there anyone who can make it…? I can't make it myself because I don't know how to use this bot comfortably yet.
