Well my miner hovers over rocks but doesnt click all graphics are set corectly. Also in the debug box i notice this

They updated the game graphically. Fonts are outdated.

i think they changed it to Arial and or Times Roman

Fixed in the next update for SRL.

Actually I was having this same problem, I had to go edit my MSI uptext waits to be longer than 300.
