Title says all :)
Would require a few things:
1. Not venture too far from altar (might get stuck and die)
2. Renew prayer points using altar when necessary
3. Quick prayer integration
4. Antipoison checks
I know this would be super useful for people who want to get super easy combat xp for literally no cost.

You are correct though, it wouldn't be too difficult of a script to make.
Why not give it a shot yourself? There's more than enough information to get started with scripting here on the forums.

Isn't it true that you can get surrounded and blocked by the apes? Meaning that when needed, you might not be able to get to the altar to recharge your prayer points. Sounds a bit risky.
stay by alter and click on stairs to run away

Seems like a really complex script to write. Even the scripts that require a few clicks and nothing more is pretty hard to write so this script is going to be much harder. It is also risky.
Good luck to whoever attempts this.

yeah i kinda realized that after started to plan the script.
I don't think i will be doing it :(
