if anyone knows of an autoranger for hobgobs or anything i would be very thankful if you posted

I doubt you'll find one; the best thing to do would be to learn how to script and make your own, because if a such script exists, it's probably pretty outdated

equip arrows to your autos and use fakawi's goblin scheduler!
