installing simba includes manually

I am currently on my uni network and have to connect via a automatic proxy script, this means most applications can't connect to the internet (including simba)

I tried manually downloading; srl.tar.bz2, srlref.tar.bz2, sps.tar.bz2 and extracting them inside includes then downloaded plugins.

When i tried running 2 yews script i'm getting the error
[Error] C:\Simba\Includes\SRL/SRL/core/simba.simba(359:14): Unknown identifier '' at line 358
Compiling failed.

const
NPCChars = CharsNPC; //line 358
{$endif}

I have tried reinstalling simba and stuff like that just can't get it to work…
Help anyone?

Simba usually installs them for you.

I have yet to get SMART to work with a proxy. Try changing the Java proxy settings.
