Isn't there one in msi? I'm surfing on my phone so I can't check (too lazy). Also, I don't think people powerfish sharks under any circumstances.

I think for a while the fishing guild was used by a lot of legit players (probably still is) and was a good spot to get banned if you were botting. Might still be that way, I have no clue.

My personal opinion is: the more people around the better, unless you can find a place that's completely deserted.
