Simba doesn't really affect that much (Sorry Wiz ;) ). Includes do. Simba uses include called SRL which will handle most Runescape functions. At the moment we are working with New fonts and stuff.

We are progressing with a excellent speed!

I just downloaded did the settings, when i try to run MSI i get

That means your SRL probably failed to download. Force an update.

When I try to run Simba this message appears.

Exception in Script: Plugin(libsmart32) has not been found

Edit: Managed to find a download for libsmart, great guide!

Downloaded Simba like 2 weeks ago but, I could never figure out how to make it work so, I gave up numerous times during those two weeks. This video helped me fix everything within 4 minutes and it's running fine. Ty, <3.

I am getting the same error aswell as everyone today, I know I gotta update, but it wont let me, is their a manual way?

Okay I just got this. I downloaDED everything on the video so I'm good there. My problem is with the botting itself. The bot loads normally and I go through everything selecting it to meet my standards but when I play it, it won't do what the bot is supposed to. For example, I am trying to mine in lumbridge west swamp and powermine in general anywhere, so I load the bot and choose what I need, set the rs settings to lowest, but the bot wont mine. It will walk all over the place (normally north) and sometimes tele to lummy. Most of the time it says relocating to GE or going to sub location GE bank even though Im standing right in the mine. Is it outdated atm or do I need to do something? Ive tried everything but I cant figure it out. Any thoughts please because I really want to bot and I am getting quite frustrated that it's not working. Thanks

I did everything in the video and the error "Irokiplugin32" comes up. I have tried updating the SRL multiple times, along with all of the other things you can update. They all return with "No new update" or something of that nature. :x

When smart opens up 2/3 of the time its a black screen, nothing else, sometimes it goes to the runescape screen and upon logging in the screen goes black, no error report. Any ideas?

When I click the green arrow to run MSI nothing happens. It says:

When i run MSI the prompt says that java is intializing and smart is starting but nothing happens? Or Simba just stops responding? The last command is Using java: http://world10.runescape.com……. Any ideas??

If you get that error just restart Simba, and see if that fixes it. If it doesn't, then force an update and try again.

Thanks a ton Harry, this video helped me out LOADS … and for all you getting errors, really? Can you be so incompetent? I've been on this forum for less than an hour with little knowledge and I know how to solve half of your issues - simply by using the FAQ and Search button.



First of all, some of these issues can be solved simply by restarting Simba.


For those of you who claim you have updated Simba - wrong. You have updated MSI - but not Simba. To update Simba you click on this button - NOT the 'check for updates' button under MSI:



And for all of you getting the MSVCR71.dll error, use this link found using
SEARCH :

Oh and the Bitmap errors are actually common - to fix them just keep pressing Run and updating the MSI, if they don't work re-install Simba. Eventually… it should work.


The people who cannot find or see MSI - Go to View > MSI Menu. If you don't have it, you didn't enable the right msi.sex extension or your extensions are outdated. If that's the case, download and extract the extensions from here to Simba/Extensions. Restart Simba, go to View > Extensions and enable msi.sex. - From the FAQ

It highlights line 101, and this stuff in red boxes:

It's still not quite clear as to what causes this, but a way around it, is to set up MSI manually and do not use the form.

Another way around this is…
Open simba, open RunMe, fill out the form, save the info for later use. Close simba. Open simba again, RunMe, this time do not fill out the form and just press RUN. This will use the information previously stored to run MSI normally without this error poping up.

This worked for me, post if it works for you as well, I'd love to know.

Extract all of the contents to the SPS folder in your /Simba/Includes/. Then, copy the .dll plugin from the /SPS/Plugin/ folder and copy it to the s/Simba/Plugins/.

Hello everyone, I am new to simba and need some help. I have watched and followed this guide through 16 separate clean installs without success. It seems that I am not the only one having issues as is made apparent with one quick glance of the comments tied to the video. This method of installation(many other guides say different things) I have made work on a friends computer, which in turn made me think that it might be something to do with my system.

When trying to run silent flax version 1.3 the smart tab will automatically open and shove the following error at my face, "Error: Exception: Access violation at line 101
The following DTMs were not freed: [SRL - Lamp bitmap, 1]
The following bitmaps were not freed: [SRL - Mod bitmap, SRL - Admin bitmap, SRL - Flag bitmap]"

Any help would be much appreciated, I'm finding it very difficult to not just give up on this client.

Go to Tools -> Update

Also, make sure all your other extensions (srl) are updated as well.

Another issue in getting it to run the smart client may be if you have more than one java installed e.g 6 and 7, uninstall the outdated version

Hey! So i followed the video and i got to the last part where the game should open up etc etc.. except when i clicked ran after configuring my MSI… it all loaded etc etc then was stuck on this… and the game never popped open

I'm having problems with the "MSI" part. I've succesfully installed, updated, and I'm able to open the MSI program, but I can't seem to set it up properly. I do as the video does, filling in username and such, in particular I check the box "Seers Village Maples" in the 2nd tab, and on the 5th tab i check both boxes available, being "TREE_MAPLE" and don't drop/bank "Bird's nest". However, my character runs to the back of the bank in Seer's village, and gets stuck without cutting. The only movement my character has is walking from where it currently stands to behind the bank. Did I set something up wrong or is this a common problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry if this is bumping a dead thread, but I haven't found any solution. All of the MSI scripts seem to be broken. They don't recognize where they are, and they don't fix themselves at all. I was cutting GE Yews and started the GE Yew script which just logged me out. I'd really appreciate some help with this, sorry for being a newb

Sorry if this is bumping a dead thread, but I haven't found any solution. All of the MSI scripts seem to be broken. They don't recognize where they are, and they don't fix themselves at all. MSI is currently outdated and shut down for the time being :( Try looking through the public scripts section for what you need!

When I try a script from this site, or any script at all, when I hit run Smart v7.2 opens up and shows the runescape loading screen at 4% saying "checking for updates" after a second, it goes black and stays black, the box says "Loading SMART: http://world20.runescape.com/f7513697187392085605", after 3 minutes it executes itself. I'm running Java 6. Any help would be appreciated.

Posted in another thread and sorry to restate this error in this thread but i haven't gotten any solid solution yet,
i have uninstalled simba twice, reinstalled it, twice, and updated the client to version 992 and have extensions.sex, associate.sex, and msi.sex all enabled and updated to the newest versions.

Setting up MSI took 1934 ms.
SRL Compiled in 0 msec
** Fatal Error: Pairing Clients; Terminating Script **
Successfully executed.

EDIT: Got it up and running just had to re-read all tutorials and threads and use the search to find specifically what i was looking for and eventually with persistence got it to work. Thumbs up to the community for having pretty much every bug and fix on the forum.

SRL AND SPS showed up but MSI does not? Does anybody know what the problem is. Also, how do i run OSRS, I've tried everything!
