Iron Rock/Ore Color

When mining Iron rocks, script ofen times hovers dropped iron ore on the ground, so the ACA file needs to be adjusted for this.

Also, is there somewhere online where anyone can access the .aca files? Or does the come with MSI (I couldn't find them within MSI).

Oh thanks!
Hmm there are only 14 in there and none are iron ore.
Maybe I'll just make/test my own and post here later.

I'm assuming that's because we didn't always have that file, so it's probably only the objects that have been worked on since then. Although, I haven't ever added any, if I was supposed to. :redface:

Doesn't matter that much. I just use them for reference and add on to them if I'm updating an existing one.

@YoHoJo, how do you expect to differentiate between ore on the ground and the ore in a rock? They're almost exactly the same colour (ore on ground seems to be a little darker, but barely).

You can't distinguish them based on color alone. You have sort the TPA accordingly. I had the same problem with my color miner, and i had to sort the ATPA by biggest first which solved the problem most of the time.

MSI has variable called accuracy which I set to 20, so if there are any less than 20 pixels found it should disregard it.

@Cohen
Here is ACA I used for PMS, doesn't detect ground ores at all:
SetColorSpeed2Modifiers(0.06, 1.22);

FindColorsSpiralTolerance(MMCX, MMCY, arP, 3293028, MMX1, MMY1, MMX2, MMY2, 5);

Chase MSIs to that and I will give it a whirl, should work just fine though since PMS uses it currently.

^ Tested and confirmed working. Can someone change MSI's rock iron to those?

I will tonight (I don't have time right now). If you sent a pull request I could do it with one click. ;)

Don't have git and all that nice stuff setup right now :/, otherwise I would.

You can edit through a browser. I'll do it now, but for future reference. ;)

E: Done in the latest version.

Do items have the black outline when dropped on the floor? If so we could use NotColors and have the BlackOutline as one of them

I check for Density, and it solves the problem :)

I'm not sure, not a bad thought though.

I don't think I've ever heard of this, could you elaborate?
