Kind of an introduction I was a member/leecher a long time ago, Having recently returned to rs (this week) it seems I picked a bad time to return to botting. However after a few days using RID I have decided to come here and try to learn to make a few scripts my self.

So far I have found all the tuts very useful and setting the bot its self up was a doddle.
I hope to see more of you all in the near future and learn from you.

Thanks

I got to say I wasn't all that impressed with RiD not that I worry about the cost more that it doesn't even seem to perform that well and is very limited. I also question how "ban proof" it is

I've never used RiD. I liked the website, nothing more. Seems to be pretty popular but…bots? Those bots are nothing. Nothing called my attention. SRL isn't that popular and it's a better community (in my opinion), has more scripts (decent and vast variety of scripts). I belong to this community for almost 6 months and it never let me down.
About the 'ban proof' of RiD, can't tell anything, because I don't know those bots.
Been using scripts from SRL for a long time, and never had a warning. So, all I can say is that SRL is ban proof. (97% sure because I think that so far 1 or 2 people were banned).

Have a nice stay :)
