E: Use Simba 0.97.3 for a stable release, this one has problems with DTMs!

I've tagged Simba 0.98-rc1 this morning. As usual the -rc1 part means that it is the first release candidate. Which means that the developers don't deem it stable enough (or can't, due to lack of testing) for production use for everyone. However, I think stability will be more than adequate. The main stability worries are there because we rewrote a huge part of the Simba core libraries, with new features (our own CTS 3), code re-usability, code readability and possible speed increases.
Rewriting stable code however is more likely to introduce bugs, but as I said before, I think we're pretty good. I've also merged the lape-integration branch as apparently I already merged some of the lape work before and it was left in an old (less stable) state, so the only thing I could really do was merge in all the new work. Surprise. :p
So what is new?

So what is new?
- Initial Lape integration. (Note that this is considered non-production only, so SRL probably won't even compile with it)
- Added TWinControl.DoubleBuffered to PascalScript.
- Complete rework of all Find* functions, not all tests are completed but theoretically(!) they should just pass fine. (All existing tests pass)
- Support for CTS 3.
- Fixes from stable branch include but are not limited to:
- Fixes to the DTM editor extension.
