Walked away from the computer for a bit and came back to find my char sitting in Falador.
Nothing equipped, with a little less than half it's items/armor in the inventory; far more than would be the case if died. And should have wound up in Lumby if that was the case anyway.
I assume one of the randoms. But which one?

There's no randoms that get rid of your items. Death system introduced a few months ago teleports you to the closest city when you die and not lumby unless you choose otherwise.. it also saves more than default items depending on GE value and other factors.

A half finished script I cobbled together for a one-off use. Good enough to let it run while I babysit it. But I walked away for just a few minutes. All it took.
