Should we have a mandatory introduction thread must be made in order for people to post some where else?
This way we get to know new register people and also stop dem damn bots from taking our jobs!!

Not sure if I'd like it if I was a newcomer, but now it seems like a good idea.

No, bots would just spam there too.
Better way to handle bots is nofollow tag, maybe a VB plugin that uses a spambot IP blacklist, and more mods. Nothing else can be done really.
They do have no follow tags, but am sure these guys just ignores it.
Besides, it'd give admins something to do hehe, feeling the power of banning these bots.
