Hey all,

Just wanted to find out how people are getting along with dungeoneering :)

I'm kinda into chronically abusing iDungeon.
Here's pretty recent proggy. I'm currently 107 dungeoneering :D

As of right now 10/11/11 I am ranked 991 out of over 30,000 users using iDungeon.(according to ShadowScripting's highscores)

What're you're levels/proggies?

Great, you enjoy a script from a different cheating website, now please stop advertising it here? :(

I enjoy the results.
This is not advertising. If others agree with you then i can certainly remove it.
I have seen other threads similar to mine. Please be open minded. This is the general section. Can i not talk about that which i please?

Thanks

Well, it clicks on doors it can't reach, clicks on bridges that aren't complete, clicks on NPCs it can't reach, clicks the same tiles in an ice room without alternation. Would that have anything to do with setup on my end?

Either the script or the client could be out-dated.

Well, I don't have a paypal or something that i could pay for rs or anything else like idung… so yeah, mine's 1 (since my last main was banned for botting).

By the way, if someone is not using idung, or just stop playing rs, giving it to me for a while would be very helpful  (thanks).

SRL community is less mainstream then others, those who know srl usually know rsbot, rsbuddy and all of that. Wouldn't call this advertising.

Is something like IDungeoin possible to be made with reflection? or is it more advanced than what's possible with reflection?

RsBuddy is reflection therefore all the scripts use reflection, so it's, without a doubt, possible for us to create as well.

yeah but 2 quick questions:

who discovered/ developed reflection?

and why does under skills in the script section under dungeoneering, slayer etc does it say NEVER lol?

im guessing without java its probably too complex a script.

RSBuddy uses ASM (injection), as well as reflection. However, it's still possible for a dungeoneering script to be made with reflection.

What exactly does injection do vs reflection alone? I know reflection reads off the client.

I'd like to stay sane, atleast for now. Something like this I could definitely see happening with a team, but for a single person to take on that project, it's very unlikely.

It only takes 3 months to get 120 from 99. And the point of botting is so that you don't have to, and to save yourself time. If you're getting 30k xp/hour, and you sleep for 8 hours… Free 240k xp by the time you wake up, which is about 1-2 hours of doing it legit.

Yeah, I could bot 24/7. The problem is that we are talking about a main. I don't want to loose my account by botting so many hours and then get caught by 'fagex'.

iDung has an extremely low ban rate, personally my main is 102 dungeoneering (99% botted) and I'm working on a pure that's currently 92, which is 100% botted, hell, the whole account is 100% botted and I doubt it's going to get banned.

Yeh, been hearding that…
But dunno…It seems that jgex is waiting for the right moment. Otherwise, I would bot dunge. Would save me time!

And now they are talking on updating java, they say that 'It gives us many more options in the fight against bots'.

^
What can you tell me about that?

As far as I know injection is adding modifications to a class file. What's not detectable about that?

Sure, modifying the client could be detected, just as many other things could be detected. The difference with bytecode injection is that it can be used to negate or circumvent any detection techniques that the client employs. The same can't be said for bots that use reflection or ones that grab data from the screen buffer. In that sense, a bot that uses bytecode injection is considerably more powerful and potentially safer than a bot that doesn't.

Flight

2011-10-20 22:01:40

Well I don't know a whole lot about either of the two, like I said before that's what I know about injection. What makes reflection detectable?

I didn't claim that using reflection to access the client's data was detectable in itself; in fact, it probably isn't. What is potentially detectable is the way a bot loads the client, interacts with it, and perhaps even the fact that the bot is running at all. Bots that don't use bytecode injection are substantially more limited when it comes to addressing issues like these.

There has been some interesting discussion over at MITB about detectability and client hacking in general, if you're interested in learning more about bot development and the RS client.

Yes I remember Mopar making a few statements about how SMART is, infact, not so safe to use and how it can be easily detected.
