Sorry to sound mean, but Im getting a vibe that you're trying to scam some people. He didn't ask if someone could create an account for him, he asked if he could borrow someone's. If someone let's him borrow their account, he could have access to their RS accounts if they let RSBuddy store them…
Basically don't let him borrow your account if you keep your RS names

ok let me tell u dis im asking to borrow because the account registering service isnt working but if its working for u than i would love to have my own account rather than borrowing someone elses. it woulld be totally awesome if someone could make me an acc on rsbuddy
