R_ItemActivated or Selected

It would be good to have this function…

I know in RSBuddy, they have border thickness which tells you if the item is activated such as in the interface 679 component 0 child 0.

We should get the hooks or something to tell if the item is activated or at least add the border attribute to be able to check by slot…

Edit: Can someone change the prefix of this thread to suggestion?

hook_interface_BorderThickness = 'bc';

Hook added to output.

You know you could have just checked for clWhite in that inventory slot, right?

I agree, the SRL Include has this already. :/

function ItemActivated(Slot: Integer): Boolean;

function ActivatedItem : integer;

The reason behind this was that I was just thinking if Java bots have a hook for this why can't we… then the minor fact that im a reflection fan :)…

Edit: I believe when you click certain items the border thickness doesn't change… I tried talisman but I may have made a mistake when testing it…

I've also ran into odd errors with color failing to detect selected sometimes. Run on a english world it detects properly. Run on a foreign world it fails. Color is color right???

Of course reflection has its own unique quirks on foreign worlds too but that's a whole other story.

That is odd indeed. I know there are some areas in the include that use a FindColor (without tolerance) because some colours used to be static; however, that it no longer the case. I'm sure if you filed a bug report it will get fixed. ;)
