An auto-updater will be running whenever I'm not awake or when I'm away to ensure that hooks are updated in a timely manner. Currently it's set to detect a client update within 10 minutes and can upload the hooks within 1 minute of recognizing it. If any hooks break, it will not upload the hooks, regardless of whether the hook is used. There are glitches in the system and if it detects a minor failure that does not need manual intervention (such as connection errors), it will try again after 10 minutes.
