I was wondering what would be the best proxy program i should use for browsing the net as well as runescape ?
Ive googled but not found anything to my liking.

what exactly do you need this proxy for, why would you need it for runescape i doubt they do ip bans

I've found proxifier to be excellent.

None of these proxys work anymore i need proxys so bad!
Theyve banned any thing to do with proxy.
