Want to get tokens fast, what settings should I choose.

Style Swap ON, Explorer ON, don't use rush settings. Pretty sure the other options are pretty obvious. Bind the best 2h you can, and when you get 50 dung bind the best platebody you can.

I don't know very much ( a damn thing!) about dung at all, explain more if needed please :D.
What floor/complexity should I be choosing?

I binded a rapier until 70 dung then got a 2h after.. at low levels, 2h isn't that great.. its usually for guys who have their rings close to max and have high cmb lvls.

I did comp 6 all the way, floor 1 to the highest, medium all the way.

Prestige?

If you're doing f2p just do Style swap, Small until you are higher combat, and prestige.

Edit: and food prep. also bury bones and pray doors. then when you get 43+ pray do protects.
