Well, I did copy your title… but the slogan was from… Danny Phantom. You know, that cartoon? Anyways, there's a genie villain that messes up wishes when she grants them. Her name is Desiree. :google: She usually says: "So you have wished it, so shall it be." I didin't steal your idea.
