I need something to boost the sound from an Aux Cable. As we all know its quieter when it goes through an Aux cable and I was just wandering if there is anything maybe like this, but better or cheaper etc.

You can build your own amplifier if you just get the components :) Theres plenty of circuits in the net for you to look from.

people are trying harder and harder to reduce the difference in the quality of the input and output stages in headphone amplifiers and now the difference is very near nil and unless you're an audiophile you really wont notice it.
You have a couple of options though.
A: buy or make a CMoy amplifier, they are very simple and cheap to make/buy however be wary of some of the eBay ones which have been found to offer no amplification at all.
B: Make an 'O2' amplifier. Recently an audio engineer said that an amplifier with the quality of a 1000$ amplifier can be made for as little as $30. He then backed up this claim by making an amplifier for $30 and in his tests he found his amplifier did better than or equal to everything even up to the 1000$ range. He however does not make the amps. They have to be made by either yourself or a good friend who can solder (which really you can do yourself).
C: Buy an overpriced amplifier.

Where does one buy amplifier parts? I haven't soldered anything in years, also I suck.. so.. you can do it :spot:

ahh i need the amplifier tho, cause my music set in job is to quiet lol.
