What mostly pisses me off that I know that scripters do check out my scripts (Coding) and sees that there is pass left in there and won't even let me know :P

Home I'm really sorry to hear that you're not going to write scripts any more. :( I feel really bad about this, kinda like how it feels if a job partner resigns. I'd like to get my hands on the scum who stole your account.

Guys guys. I'm not quitting SRL Forums or anything. And mabey post some Functions.. But for scripting scripts. I'm probaly done. Life is shit. I know :)

Pixel thieves are really starting to piss me off, there's a thread about theft every couple weeks or so on these forums.

I really hope you don't stop scripting over this Home, you contribute really great software to this community. I hope the staff finds who did it soon.

Apart from that, I really hope you reconsider giving up scripting, because you must know how much of an impact your scripts alone make on the community and SRL in general. I think if it wasn't for your scripts, I wouldn't have gotten into it in the first place, let alone have great examples to learn from and go by.

Thanks for your kind words. All I wan't to that guy who did it.. Just let me know who it was, I'm not angry. I'm just extremely sad that in here at SRL there are people who doesn't care anything else than RSGP (They are pixels ;))

I will probaly now start contributing to Includes. Because Includes are helpful for scripters, not for leechers.

Okay, just because we are simply friends does not mean you have to include my name in that, also, why would he have any reason to hack/steal that account? he has about 5 accounts that he bots on why would he be so desperate and steal that account when he knows that it would probably lead to drama?

Alright, before this gets any more finger pointy, we should wait for an admin to confirm who's IP it is.

I dont remember having a power outage in the last couple of days. I have been at school for ~8 hours every day this week. and I have been sleeping about 6-8 hours a night.

If Wizzup or another Admin could get a list of the IPs Ive been on, we could confirm if it was an IP I was on.

Edit: Yea, my server has been on for 12 days, so no power issues.

Wow sorry to hear this has happened to you Home. There are just some people like that out there, they can't help it and I feel sorry for them that they have to do such a petty thing like stealing. They wouldn't like it if it happened to them so why do they do it ?
It's a crazy world. It's a shame you feel this way (that you wanna quit) but I'm glad you will still be contributing to SRL. I know you say you don't want anything you just want the truth from who ever it is but I would be also will like other to help you out as I would for any friend in need.
I hope this gets all sorted soon, if an admin finds out who it is it would be nice to know who not to trust or they come forward and say sorry and realize they have done wrong and give the stuff back, would make them a much better person and could even be forgiven ? Well I really hope your ok m8, there are many of us here that are good as you can see by this thread :)

Home, I know how you feel, but you can't get a 100% trustworthy community, this is the internet, there is always someone who will steal/abuse/exploit you or someone else, if they just get a chance. I must say that SRL is the closest to a 100% trustworthy community, I think we are at something like, 95%?

And raising by every scammer we kick. Quitting scripting would be an punishment against this community and not the scammer. Who obviously doesn't need a bot anymore cause he(she, but what are the odds?) already got the gee pees.

I thought you were a very talented scripter and definitely one of the "MVP" scripters at the moment. Its sad to hear you are going to stop scripting because i loved your essence miner.

well, even if you were to give up scripting, i hope you still do other things here on the site. Hate to see all that talent just disappear without a trace.

Lucas (noidea) definitely doesn't use win7, and I don't think he uses ff, either. Pretty sure he's pro-chrome.

And I would never suspect him of doing anything like this. I trust him.

Yeah that sucks a lot, however I've changed my mind and I do think you should quit scripting if you really want to quit it. Honestly, it comes down to what you want and think is best and I don't think anyone can convince you otherwise. Any ways, good luck with your future projects. :)

I have Windows 7 (illegitimate) on my desktop. was the only computer with Windows 7 on it in my house until monday last week - my mother bought a new computer (aside from friend's computers that have it. Ex: Failpailirl). I have not had access to my desktop, as in it has been unplugged sitting in a corner, for the last 3 weeks. My parents took it. On the ubuntu partition of my desktop, I use firefox 4 or 5, whichever comes preinstalled. On my laptop, which I have been using, I use chrome.

As to the amount of use Windows 7 got, it was very little. You can ask Failpailirl. I was vehemently against using it for any reason. I played COD4 and COD mw2 on it a couple of times at the beginning of June, but not anymore.

Part of the issue might be that its not even my IP, or at least my current one. I don't know if Ive had that one before. Really the only thing is that the account was accessed from NC with Time Warner. That is why I ask for an admin to get a list of IP's Ive accessed my forums account and check to see if Ive used that one.

Sorry that happened man. It is your choice if you want to keep scripting or not. The community here would be sad, but it is up to you. I know that your mostly annoyed at the fact that someone who you were trying to help would hack you.

Also, the IP doesn't match anyone at SRL. There are some partial matches, but no exact matches. This is a tough situation since there's really no way to accuse someone without any evidence. IP's are usually the best bet, but that's very easy to work around.

Sorry Home, but unless some other evidence comes up or someone admits to it, there's really not much we can do. It is unfortunate and it truly makes me sad if it was someone at SRL.

They've both just spent a lot of their lives at SRL, and are having a pretty tough time letting go. Unfortunately, instead of taking the route that a lot of other banned people have, they are very bitter about it. It's a shame, because with every action it makes them less and less likely to be accepted by the community again.

Bit off topic, but would a member of staff be able to do an IP check for me if I PMed them? I also lost a large amount of pixels recently (second time in a couple of months :P). Very much doubt it's here, and much more likely RSBuddy, but worth a shot.

For shame hanging out on RSBuddy Richard. You should come around more often and enjoy the great atmosphere. PM me if you want.

I'll go to my room and think about what I've done :( If it makes you feel any better, I actually visit these forums! I just write my own scripts on RSBuddy, forums are a bit too crowded for me.
