SRL Archive - Who Are You ? Who ? Who ?

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm 16, live in Texas, have some knowledge about how to code in Java, and know plenty about RuneScape :P. I hope to learn a lot more about coding so I have come here to learn and contribute :D

I was wondering if you guys have any online coding classes via msn or some other chat that I could partake in? Or if anyone wants to be a private tutor that would be awesome! If it's mandatory, I guess I could pay via Paypal; but isn't the feeling you get from helping someone priceless? :)

I'm going out of town for the next 4 days so I won't be able to log on but I just wanted to see what kind of responses I get so I can check them out when I return.

See you guys around the forums!

Welcome to this great community!

Thanks for all the welcomes!

Quick question: I went to irc.rizon.net and it kept giving me a network error on all the tabs :\ any solutions?

Edit: it loads the page's homescreen, but in all the tabs the text reads an error. I'm using chrome

ERROR: Failed to connect to the database : Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 113

or just go to rizon.net not irc.rizon.net and choose a nickname and for the channel use #srl

OT: Welcome to this fine community, enjoy your stay!

Welcome, I hope you will enjoy it here as much as I do :) And there is an awsome tutorial section on here. And if you have a problem with the code you're writing try asking for some help in the Help section, but not before you use the magical search button :p

Thanks for the help Shut and Yago! Got it working :)

Also thanks for the welcomes!
