SRL Archive - OSR Help

Ok so i have the reflection array of ground items and an array of ID's and i want to pick up items if they are found. Is there a quicker way then

For Ground items DO
For ID array Do
If ID = Ground item ID Then
Blah


also what would be a good max dist?
