Carlito

Was running MSI AK-Cooker, and then when i was cooking sharks half way through inventory it stopped. how does it fail to use script after an hours worth? im confused. Could it be failed to use script because msi was updated twice?

It seems that random event messed the script. Not sure why it failed to find range after that…

The variable is probably wrong. That's the easy part to fix. :p

Just ran it and it was running smoothly until hit a random, the one that guess's the odd one out. had trouble figuring where to click for the guy. MSI was "scanning for randoms but was clicking in mutliple spots, im suppose msi was trying to find the guy to talk to.

^ I've experienced that a couple times as well. Really annoying and I can't for the life of me figure out why it happens. I've also watched that random solve perfectly, so I don't know. As for the stats, that's rather annoying. I just checked the variable name, and it's right. The stats also says there's been 55 cooked, so not sure what's up with that. If the stats was committed properly, the debug will say "Committed to SRL stats", otherwise it will give some kind of stats error. Keep an eye out for that after the progress report and after about every 5 minutes.

Stopping in the middle of a run - there's a failsafe for that and I've watched it happen to me and it recovers just fine so I'm not sure what happened there. After it came back from a random it should have detected that it's not cooking anymore and tried again. Hopefully NCDS finds something tonight. :)

E: Oh, looking at your debug, the failsafe did kick in, the range just couldn't be found. Maybe MSI_NotBoxes needs to be reset after a random is found, it's as simple as adding this to the end of MSI_FindRandoms:

if (result) then
MSI_NotBoxes := [];
That may or may not fix the issue, but it should be done regardless.

Thank you Coh3n for your explanation.

Concerning the stats part i have seen something thats it not able to send them correctly, just dont remember when i saw, going to be looking for it more now though.

Got a different error this time. Went to the bank deposited the sharks but had difficultly getting the raw sharks out.

@1st one - Not exactly sure why shark is getting removed, but I'm thinking of taking that part out of SetupCooking to begin with because it really isn't necessary, and it's causing more problems then it's worth. If you want to try it out (I won't be able to update until tomorrow), there are two "deleteValueInIntArray" calls in MSI_BankWithdraw (Banking.simba) that you can just comment out and try that.

@2nd one - the debug didn't indicate anything really; it just… stopped. :crying:

The good news is that you aren't getting any out of range errors anymore, so the rest should just be small tweaks. Weird, though, seems like every time you run it something different goes wrong. :p

E: I'm also going to start adding more debug in places so stuff like this is easier to find.

Ill try tonight to comment that out, Yeah i was confused too for the second one too.

funny you mention i get something different again,

im not sure what happened but i hit MASSIVE lagg, (yes caps were needed). and when it went to the bank it couldn't find the sharks. It did the army random and was able to continue to cook right after that, so thats always a plus :)

Glad the cooker is working well now. :) I'll be making a big commit later today with all the changes.

Was the random solver that failed color or reflection?

Is it Simba or ?

@Carlito, glad it's working now; although the stats still aren't working. >.< I'll have to talk to Wizzup? about that later. You didn't happen to see any stats error in the debug did you? E: Not sure about the sardines, but that part will be fixed later today, I'm making some maintenance updates that will speed things up a bit. Mostly involved not looking for fish DTMs that you're not cooking. Also, did you comment out the "deleteValueInIntArray" calls?

@NCDS, the solver was probably reflection as that's what MSI uses by default and I know the reflection solver fails if the inventory is full.

No, that's great. I was more or less asking if you commented it out and got the 5h report.

I'm hopefully going to fix this issue with some maintenance updates this afternoon/tomorrow. What it does right now is try to withdraw all the possible raw fish (regardless of if the user set's the materials), so it may be accidentally messing up there. I don't have to explain why that's bad/slow, but it'll be fixed soon.

Since there's really no debug to know for sure, the best suggestion I can offer is check the Simba debug console. You could also try the debug version of Simba, which debugs basically everything (but is 30MB as opposed to 4).

E: @carlito: could you open Items.simba and search for FISH_COOKED_SHARK and tell me what the "StatsName" field is set to?

E2: Stats should now work. The problem was with the experience. The limit was 10k for one commit, and I'm assuming you were getting more. The limit has been raised so let's hope it works.
