Ash PMed me if he could buy it for 40m and the trade went on via PM because MSN wasn't working with us. He agreed to pay $25. I must say he was a little pushy with the question whether I had more money to sell to him.

I went ingame, verified it was him over the PM, and gave him the 40m.

Of course I went first… What else could I expect from an SRL member!

I waited… 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes but no e-mail that I'd received any money.

I waited longer, now it's the next day and I PMed him again (which he just ignored because his last activity is AFTER I PMed him).

I'm still hoping this is all a misunderstanding but seen from his history here (and I did some research on sythe, where he is banned right now) I have little hope of getting either my 40m back or the $25 in my PayPal account! [/INDENT]Evidence[INDENT] http://thamob.nl/trade.rar

Honestly, if no one opposes, I'm going to ban him from the BM.

Ban him from the forums. There are a lot against him.
Ban from forums until he explains himself.

What's the point of a BM ban cup if we're just going to ban from the forums anyway? The cup will show everyone that he is untrusted and it's up to them whether they trade with him or not.

I'd say if he continues to try to scam after being banned from the BM then a forum ban, but right now I don't think it's necessary.
