RUMORSSS! Internet is full of rumors!
They say that iPhone will be launched in september, some says that it won't be launched due to the A5 processor that causes superheat. That iPhone will be launched in 2012 with the newest A6 processor!
what should I say? LOL

Are any of the Blackberry phones any good? I get a big discount on blackberry phones through my work, but nothing else.

I haven't heard of any faults in the A5 chip (wasn't really looking either) but I did catch wind of rumors that a new iPhone would come out TOGETHER with a budget version of the 4.

well i have a iPad 2 (got it the day after it came out) and that has the A5 chip in it, and to be honest it doesnt even get slightly warm (apart from me holding it)

shut…imagine the processor A5 on the iphone…processor with same size at the iPhone…
compare dimensions between iPhone and iPad…Yep, that's right!

edit: due to the small size of the iPhone, that could cause the superheating. That's what I understand from reading the newspaper…

Here we have another interesting theory on what might be preventing Apple from releasing the next iPhone yet. The latest bit of online gossip has it that the problem lies within the dual-core Apple A5 chip, which is causing the smartphone to overheat.
That one sounds pretty reasonable, as previous rumors had it that the next iPhone will be even slimmer than the current one. That means its parts will be even more tightly packed and cooling down its chipset will be more challenging.
Plus, the iPhone 5 (or 4S if they really decide to go with that) will have an extra core, which probably means that it will be producing more heat than its predecessor. According to the rumor source, Apple is still struggling to find a solution for this and if it doesn't come up with something shortly it will be unveiling a smartphone based on the current iPhone to buy some more time.

iPhone will most likely be quite delayed due to the lawsuits with Samsung. I've heard some rumours about the iPhone 5, some say it'll have a curved screen, that'll be edge to edge. At the moment they're just putting the hardware inside an old iPhone 4 case and doing test, so pre-release images can't be leaked early on.

I would think it would have more to do with a release cycle? Think about it, iPhone 4 just got released onto Verizon, which made millions of people switch over. I can't imagine it being a good business practice to release products that close together when your loyal customers just bought into a new contract….

I have an iPhone at the moment, and I have to charge it every single day, because for some reason my iphone drains a shitload of my battery when all I am doing is texting and going on facebook for maybe 20-30 minutes a day. I also don't like the fact that my reception at my house is 1/5 on my iphone, while on my old nokia phone it is 6/6 …………….

I am still in contract for my nokia phone, the iphone was given to me and isn't part of a contract, but I needed something that is better then nokia to get by. When my contract ends I will definitely buy an andriod.

If you're on AT&T (I feel sorry for you, I am too) get one of these. They work freaking magic.

I've had he BB Torch for almost a year and I love it. I've had 0 problems with it. Battery lasts well over a day (assuming you aren't watching videos/playing games all day). It's frozen maybe once. Other than that I absolutely love it. :)

What I hate at the iPhone is, def, the battery life and that boring OS! So I might give up from the idea of buying an iPhone ..
