News here: http://wizzup.org/simba/releases.html
Installer: http://simba.villavu.com/bin/Release/0.97-rc5/SimbaInstaller.exe

This release is nearly identical to Simba 0.97-rc4, but contains a fix for the paster extension and most importantly finally fixes INCLUDE_ONCE support.

Changes since 0.97-rc4:

Merlijn Wajer (5):
Simba: Update ISS Install files.
Documentation: New Makefile + conf.py.
Extensions/paster: Fix bug introduced by StrToInt.
Simba: Attempt to fix include_once behaviour.
Simba: Define USE_EXTENSIONS by default.

Reflection 2 guys, give it a try? :)

Just for the sake of posting it before I fall asleep. Ran it with a R2 script the Include_Once worked. Had other errors that .96 didn't have at the last run.

[Error] C:\Simba\Includes\Reflection2\./lib/antirandoms/Antirandoms.simba(180:18): Unknown identifier 'REvilBob_InRandom' at line 179
Compiling failed.
[Error] C:\Simba\Includes\Reflection2\.\lib\antirandoms\./Abyss.simba(35:14): Unknown type 'TRSObject' at line 34
Compiling failed.

@Brak: Are you sure you're not compiling the individual files now? I had this too but then realised I was compiling files that were part of the include.

@footballjds: Thanks. :)

Same here but I only got the "Unknown identifier 'REvilBob_InRandom'" error, not the TRSObject. It's from compiling a script, not the AntiRandoms itself.

Edit:
I did a small test and included the ScapeRune antirandom file before including the Sandwich antirandom and now I get the the same error but for 'Unknown identifier 'RSandwich_InRandom''.

I tried changing "R_RandomCount = 18;" to both 17 and 19 (thinking maybe it was a counting problem) and it didn't change anything, just the same error. Hope that info helps!

I was definitely running a script that ran fine on 0.96. I was running Flight Naturez script. :( I'll test some more when I get home from work.

I didn't really try anything as I was about to pass out last night. I didn't really get a chance to mess with it this morning as I was running late. I also didn't think it was a count problem. like I said I just went from 0.96 -> 0.97-rc5 nothing changed in between.

I suppose that helps. What doesn't help is that it works fine on my machines, both a Windows XP VM and in WINE… :( What script are you guys using?

I'm was using Flight's Naturez runecrafting script to test. I'm also on Win 7 64 bit

This ``just works'' for me:

program Untitled;
{$DEFINE SMART}
{$I SRL/SRL.scar}
{$I Reflection_Dev/Reflection.simba}

begin
SetupSRL;
end.

I can't really understand why the same binary wouldn't work on your machines. Perhaps the reflection usage of INCLUDE_ONCE is just invalid?

E: I just tried Naturez, and it did give me the error at first. Then I added the same ScapeRune line again, then I got a duplicate identifier. After I removed the line again, it just worked. Restarted Simba, it still works… I updated my Reflection_Dev, and I think it then started to work?

I can confirm that it works with the latest reflection, no change on Simba's side. :)

E: I found a bug on Simba's side though, will be fixed in 0.97-rc6, hopefully. :)

(Triple post, woo!)

I found the problem and I've fixed it, but it wasn't a particularly nice experience. Basically, the relative paths instead of absolute paths is what broke INCLUDE_ONCE. Now it works. (I'll release 0.97-rc6 _soon_)
