~ 50 Attack, 50 Strength, 50 Defense

What are some good places to train for good xp? Banking for food is ok.
Tell places along with a guess of xp/hr if you have any idea.

Crandor Island.. No one goes there at all!! Requirements is dragon slayer though.. Closest be very far :c

What's your combat level? Try getting 60-60-60 and do zombies using iamadam's strongholder.

Stronghold Zombies or Goblins. Probably the best training in F2P. I haven't found anywhere better yet.

What would I kill there?
Lessers? Giant Skeletons? No close bank and both of those guys hit hard.

Harry's guard killer works well for me. I think I get like 20k/hr exp? (that may be wrong)

Using guard killer I'm getting 14k/hr with 50/50/50 .
Cohen, did you use banking for food? Did you bank any loot?

I'm killing stuff down in the lumby Catacombs :) getting some good xp rate once you hit 40/40/40 you really don't have to worry about the first 6 monster sets hitting you anymore. I keep minimal food on my player.

Do the cockroaches if you want to bank for food, or felsh crawlers if you don't want to. I got 50-65 defence there semi-afk'ing legit in 3-4 days(nights).

Flesh Crawlers, Zombies, Spiders(Level 24)[Empty room filled with these in the 3rd of Stronghold], those lower lvl roaches, lumbridge catacombs, hill giants?, hobgoblins.

I'm making a script for this atm, fishes lobbies/swordies and fights moss giants on crandor or lessers in cave.

yea the stronghold script banks for food and it picks up the arrows & gems that are dropped, it works very well I would recommend it for F2P
