I know there has to be a way to do so… everytime I try to do it i get an IOHandler Error… :(.

I have spent the last 7 days trying to post data to websites in other programming languages but I have not been able to figure it out without a ton of complexity.

All i want to do.. is post data to log into a secure website after a certain amount of time, then send another form 5 minutes afterwords.

I know how to do this exactly in scar, but the HTTPS is preventing me for some reason and giving me an IOHandler Error.

How do i stop this?

You could use cURL in PHP for example, to achieve this.

Heres a quick example I googled: http://unitstep.net/blog/2009/05/05/using-curl-in-php-to-access-https-ssltls-protected-sites/

Yes the only complication with php is that I have to set up a server and such to run it :(. I feel the entire process is far more complicated than it needs to be.

Can this "IOHandler value is not valid" not be fixed in scar?

I'm sure it would work since it looks rather simple, but in that script he is posting to a non-secure page.

I don't think there is HTTPS support yet.

You can download WAMP and run a simple webserver in minutes… Then your best bet is to use cURL which has HTTPS support (google it).

I had the same problem in SCAR and I don't believe there is a way around it.
