It is very unfortunate that I have to announce that Naike has been permanently banned for multiple accounts of item scamming. We originally thought that by de-ranking him he could still be a value to the community. We were wrong, and we apologize for anything who was a victim of his scamming.

E: To setting some issues from IRC. Bebe was not the one who banned him via "Spam Infraction". I was, and it was because I don't have permission to ban users above the rank of Registered User (I should, but I don't for whatever reason). I wanted to apply the ban as fast as possible as I didn't know when an Admin would get around to doing it.
Extremely sad to hear this. Why people change for pixels.

Just curious why he was banned last night via spam infractions when he hasn't logged on in a few days, instead of banned for that reason ("scamming")?
Anyone who decides to do business with him is their own choice.

Because I don't have permission to make users above the "Registered User" rank for whatever reason, and I wasn't sure when an admin was going to do it. I wanted it done as fast as possible.
Also, how do you know it was spam infractions?

I don't know, cause he still got banned? The "official" reason according to the forum was spam infractions simply because that's the only way I can ban him right now.

I respectfully disagree, when you make a deal with someone on SRL and carry out the deal through the SRL forum, then the scam should be punishable here. Is that not what you'd consider worth banning for scamming?

I thought I clear out some things before I leave..
I didn't touch Tara's accounts, nor did I scam Ogre for a pin. (The first two things you guys claimed I did). I payed Ogre for the missing pin, and asked kindly for Tara to name what was lost, and I would gladly pay up + extra.
You didn't like my idea, instead you de-dev'd me and didn't give me a chance to explain. Sure thing, the IP was mine, if you say so. But it's not that hard to setup a proxy if I was infected with a virus. And just to flip it around, why would I go into a world of trouble using my own IP? When I could simply use a proxy.
The first two, wasn't me.
However, when you banned me, I planned my little sweet revenge.
I figured that you couldn't imagine me being innocent so I might as well.. As I gave a lot of free time to SRL, I wouldn't just erhm.. go in peace?
So I stole stuff, I don't regret it.
You started this, I didn't.
Try baning any developer, moderator or maybe even a admin for no reason and we'll see what will happen :)
I'm not asking for forgiveness, or hoping that you'll figure it out someday, but if you do, please go kill yourself.
