I have been paying rent, but my LandLady has not been paying off her mortgage, and as such we are getting evicted and the house is being reposessed by the bank, if I was to throw a party the day before eviction, and the house got trashed, would this have any negative repercussions for myself?

Your landlady is a moron. Pay for the thing that brings in the cheddar first. Spend elsewhere second. You'd probably get into trouble for the party though.

Wow Land Owner/ House Owner I'm pretty sure they have to pay mortgage first, except if their life was on the line. Check if that's against the law plox. Btw throw a party :). Don't think it's going to have negative repercussions cause theyre still getting a house….

Well tbh from my opinion your land lady owes you A LOT of money. Talk to a lawyer about a law suit. As long as you had a renters agreement/contract she's in all sorts of trouble and law breaking.

I agree with this, I just didn't think of that before. Keep the house how it is, hold on to any contracts you have or financial records. This could end in your favor.

we didnt really have any proper formal contract, and we got what we paid for its just an inconvienience, so where gunna have a party and smash the house, the only person the landlady aint gunna compain its my mates mum and the banks reposesing the house, if the house is damaged before the bank reposess it the bank cant say shit, as far as i am aware hence why i asked :)
