Could someone recommend me a VPS host, and tell me which of their packages would be suitable for running ~10 clients?

10 clients on what? What bot? What OS? What location are you botting in?
VPSes don't work good (if it even works at all - often game-related stuff is ToS violation and oversold CPU = terrible lag), especially not for 10 clients.
No way you can run 10 clients on a VPS. It'd even be difficult on even a dedicated server unless you're botting in a place where lag isn't an issue.

Burst.net should allow it, and they have pretty good VPS'es.
