Are you better off making a script walk and then run on about 80-100% or run continuously and rest when out of energy?

The best would be to rest at the musicians, and/or if you're going to be using a lot of energy (running a long distance) other than that I don't know if it's worth it really

Waiting till 100% is wrong anyway. I believe it walking + running is a tiny bit faster as resting + running. Musicians are much faster, even if they are a tiny bit off. And depending on script, try to run when inv. is not full. For example with a miner script it would be smart to run to the mine, but walk to the bank.
Got it. So I won't rest unless I'm at a musician.
