Don't think I have commit privs for svn or Git yet.

I would appreciate if someone else would test these quick though they should be fine. I just noticed it wasn't working when InRandomForester function failed to count the npc dots.

This is pretty far off topic, but do you know anything about menu colors changing every time you load up a new Runescape client? I've had some trouble with, for example, the jewelry menu detection using color. I'll find a color in the corner of the menu and there's plenty of that color within, let's say, a 50x50 area of this menu, but when I close out that client and reload that color has shift some, not much, but enough to throw off my color detection completely. Is this normal?

Instead of an exact color I've been using a '20' tolerance and it seems to be working ok so I'm not really asking for a solution, but more of an explanation of why this happens. Again, I'm sorry for the off-topic'ness.

So the color on an interface changes when the client is reloaded? I was unaware they were doing that now.

That's one of the reasons I want someone else to test these colors quick. I reloaded the client when i tested, but just to be safe.

Do you think it would have anything to do with changing the FPS with SMART? I doubt it, but that's the only thing that varies each time I load a client so I'm kinda at a lost.

I wouldn't think so as that shouldn't have any effect on the color from the client.

I've edited this myself some time ago. Couldn't we just use some tolerance in the search? Which would make it a bit easier to maintain.

Here was my thread:

Using a tolerance just increases the chance of having a less accurate outcome is all.

Wizzup?

Do you have a Github account? For svn (SRL 4), drop me a PM with the password you'd like. ( Something random, please :) )

But we use RAaSTPA anyway, finding only three points instead of all can't be more accurate, in my opinion. I remember not that long ago they slightly changed changed the colors again. That wouldn't be a problem with RAaSTPA + tol.

IIRC RAaSTPA only holds onto one point per set amount of pixels. The problem with using a tolerance is that increases the chance of picking up a symbol or something as some sort of 'dot'.

I've confirmed this now anyways; reloaded client multiple times over the last 24 hours and it's worked every time. I'll commit once Wizzup gets back to me.
