Logged on to have a look at the map, and it looks like someone else has been on my account again, even after I changed the password.

Does it look like anything's changed on the account in-game? If they recovered the account even after you changed the password, then they probably know your old passwords/recovery questions. I would recommend changing the questions or adding them if you don't have them at all.

Another trick a friend of mine does is she has a bank pin on the account and every time she logs out for the day she banks all her items, that way if someone got her password, they won't be able to take anything. It's smart IMO.

I don't know how to/if/how to 'convert' the way runescape shows IPs to just a 'normal' XXX.XXX.XXX.XX IP address.

Everything (of value) on my account was taken a few weeks ago. Since then I just CBA with it.
