I'm truthfully sorry for throwing two pointless signature threads and increasing my post count but this caught my attention.
I made a Chun-Li signature, which looked decent for six layers. I learned about the distort filter and learned some new techniques from a tutorial. But it was missing pizazz. So I was looking over some gifs of Chun-Li and such and found her Spinning Bird Kick sprite, which looked pretty dope to insert. After much frustration, going through loop holes, time, and work, I finally done it.

The tutorial wasn't about gifs, it was about messing around and working with a stock and using some filters. I had to do this on my own. In a nutshell, I had to convert the original Chun-Li PSD into a PNG, open the gif in a new workspace, copy the png, put that behind the gif, Render each and every frame from the gif and move it into position, and then save it a certain way. Photoshop should really have more gif functionality and support for its price. I mean, come on…
