No, but it wasn't in any of the update logs. So maybe it's a bug. This has been for some time now. However you get those annoying messages that don't work in safe mode.

You get these glitchy message boxes if you run RS on the fixed-screen size, or whatever. I've seen it too

I'm pretty sure I still have ``Bot nad'', they banned it initially but I got it unbanned.

There is a tutorial button in the task system interface that you can turn off =P
